Hamster Kombat: The Viral Crypto-Game and YouTube Channel

Background

Hamster Kombat is a Telegram-based gaming platform that combines elements of strategy and cryptocurrency in a playful environment. Players assume the role of a CEO of a fictional crypto exchange, navigating through various levels and challenges to enhance their virtual business while earning the native token, Hamster Kombat Coin (HMSTR). The Hamster Kombat YouTube channel was launched in May, 2024 and it has already garnered over 1 billion views. It currently has 37.6 million subscribers and it is raking in an enormous amount of views, likes and shares.

These Are Some Comments I Got From YouTube

Comment 1

Hamster Kombat has not only unfairly blocked many innocent users, but it has also ignored all the criteria initially set for the airdrop, focusing solely on referrals, which contradicts its original statements. This action goes against the project's promises and has led to further mistrust within the community. We demand transparency and fairness in the distribution of airdrops and expect this injustice to be corrected swiftly to preserve the project's credibility.

After 110 days when I worked in the hamster robot, I really spent my time and life for the hamster, but because I had few keys and did not use the robot, I was given a small token.  The hamster lied.  Nothing was said about keys being so important.  If the price of the tokens is low, I will regret the time spent on the hamster.  Our life is not a toy.  The players benefited the hamster a lot, but the hamster gave us charity.  If we had begged on the street, we would have received much more money.  I was disappointed with all the airdrops

And the Oscar for the best scam goes to Hamster Kombat…

My Comments

After a little research, I discovered that there are several reasons why certain Hamster Kombat players label the platform as fraudulent.

These reasons include:

1.    The existence of several internal conflicts.

2.    Serious financial mismanagement

3.    The delayed launch of the HMSTR token

4.    Cybersecurity threats including a few phishing scams targeting players' accounts.

Be careful out there.
