This is ridiculously tacky! A news organization should have a better standard than this nonsense.

Sahara TV needs to demonstrate more professionalism in titling their videos.

The correct form of the title should be:

"The House of Reps Committee Threatens to Arrest Verydarkman for Refusing to Speak Until Bobrisky is Present"
